All credit card orders made via our website, and all international orders will be processed through our third party payment processor, FastSpring. For these orders the vendor of record will be FastSpring.
For purchase orders from customers within the United States, the vendor of record will be Decisive Tactics, Inc.
For purchases made using the Mac App Store, the vendor of record will be Apple, Inc.
Orders placed online will appear on your credit card statement as FS* Decisive Tactic.

Our third party payment services provider will always collect any applicable local taxes. We are unable to prevent this unfortunately. However, we are happy to promptly refund any taxes that were collected after your order is processed.

A PDF copy of your tax exemption documentation
